Yes this version at its time had a lot of things still not working but it did have a working homebrew loader and wallpaper changer which you decided to ignore. To change wallpapers you open an image using galary or file manager and press square to open the prompt for changing wallappers. Changes will be made once you restart the app. BTW the brightness slider does work. There was a problem with the module and I released a patch to make sure it works. You're press up/down to change the brightness (but now it is changed in the newest version).

I request you to please write another review, using the latest version this time. I've decided to block access to apps or options that are not working. Meaning you simply can't click on them, if they're not working.
Also the latest version does bring the flat style of android, and also brings ISO/POPs loading. And a few customization options. You can check here: http://wololo.net/talk/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=41878
